A little about Crumble and Cooper
Crumble and Cooper was founded by Helen. Following her life long love for craft, design and sewing, she provides bespoke wedding and formal tailoring, beautiful handmade and personalised quilts and runs sewing classes in which she shares her passion for creativity. Classes run from absolute beginner to more specific projects and skills for experienced sewers.
A little about Helen
Hi, I’m Helen,
Mother of 3 not so little boys, teacher, dressmaker, quilter, crafter, gardener, singer. Lover of nature, owner of dogs, cats, chickens, tortoises. I’ve been a choir director, an area manager for a charity and a history teacher. I’ve been a sewer since the age of 7 and never lost my passion for creativity. It is a true privilege to create bespoke garments for your special occasions, to share the skills I have learnt over the years with fellow sewers and to provide memorable and thoughtful gifts through my quilts.

From absolute beginners who want to learn how to use their machine and work with fabric, to the more experienced sewer who wants to learn new skills and techniques, our sewing classes offer a range of courses. Day workshops, morning classes, individual garments and craft related workshops that aren’t specifically dressmaking.
